Ik ben Roos, 22 jaar en ik studeer Internationaal ondernemen aan de Karel de Grote Hogeschool in Antwerpen.Ik zit in mijn 5de leidingsjaar in de Chiro van Stekene en start aan mijn derde jaar als hoofdleiding. Tijdens mijn periode als hoofdleidster bij de Chiro heb ik leiderschap en organisatorische vaardigheden ontwikkeld. Het coördineren van activiteiten en het leiden van een diverse groep vrijwilligers heeft me geleerd hoe ik efficiënt kan communiceren en uitstekend teamwork kan uitvoeren. Naast leidinggeven heb ik ook nog een studentenjob in een hippe pastabar waar ze ook frozen yoghurt verkopen.
