My role demands a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of life insurance processes, and effective communication skills to translate technical concepts into user-friendly instructions. I work collaboratively with different teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. I also create and implement system test plans and objectives so that we can carefully identify and resolve issues to ensure systems reliability and accuracy.

In this dynamic role, I contributed to the enhancement of our digital systems. I collaborated with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements for our digital systems. My role included also testing of the digital systems and problem solving. I was working full time in If Commercial Insurances as Service Advisor/Billing Specialist. My main task is to help other If employees to get solutions to their insurance billing issues in Sales Support. My personal goal is to ensure a smooth customer service and enable sellers and customer servers work to be as easy as possible.

I worked as a receptionist in two BEST WESTERN Hotels in Helsinki. The working happened mostly alone, which means that I had the main responsibility for functioning the hotel(s). One of the hotels was just established, so I was also a part of creating the hotel's basis.
