The department is also responsible for all change and IT of 12 other group divisions. For Rabobank Nederland, Groep ICT, I planned and deliver different projects concerning new or going-concern ICT, mainly used internally to support customers.

As Projectmanager ICT I was responsible for all new and rebuild branches in the area to get new infrastructure, ATM's, PC's etc. I also was Configuration Manager for this bank and planned and did a lot of internal and external moves.Furthermore we implemented 3 special branches (see also www.rabobankdedam.nl) where customers can do more than handle their account(s).

For the Ministery I first scored and calculated a tender for a new Record Management Application and Document Management System. After that I supervised the GAP-analyses and looked after all the communication with the customers. I prepared and supervised the overall contract with the supplier for the overall period and the first phase.

In between jobs I was asked to help the Managing Director of this new company to set up offices and sales in Belgium.

For EDS Aurora project team I organized and planned all the worldwide travel iternaries, vaccinations, visa's, hotelbookings, carrentals etc. Outside European office hours I was available for emergency calls from all over the world if something or someone went wrong in the schedule for ermergency aid.

For Ingram Micro Inc. I did a business analyses what e-commerce systems were already used in the different European branches and recommend a central set-up system.

For the Managing Director and Vice President Benelux I acted as exectuve assistant or personal assistent. In this position I also was responsible for the Facility Management and Reception Desk.

The European Warehouse of EDS was closing down and handed over to Ingram Micro. In the last year of the warehouse I was responsible for the administration and helped where possible with stock and production.

Just after the merger of ABN and AMRO I was asked to help the Administrative Service Centre for foreign payments to set up new processes and controls.
