Als Interim instituutsmanager voor het instituut Bestuurskunde ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de bedrijfsvoering van het Instituut Bestuurskunde (BSK). In deze functie ben ik verantwoordelijk voor:• Het participeren in het instituutsbestuur en zorgdragen voor een goede bestuurlijke informatievoorziening binnen het instituut. Het leveren van een bijdrage aan en adviseren over de ontwikkeling, implementatie en evaluatie van het beleid en de strategie van het instituut;• Het financieel beheer van het instituut met een (huidige) jaaromzet van circa €8 miljoen, waaronder het (mede) opstellen en bewaken van de begroting, periodieke rapportages en het adviseren bij en beheer van een grote diversiteit aan extern gefinancierde onderzoeks- en onderwijsprojecten. Ik onderhoudt de contacten met de facultaire afdeling FEZ;• De uitvoering van het HR-beleid, rekening houdend met complexe arbeid juridische voorwaarden in samenwerking met de facultaire afdeling HR;• (Laten) verzorgen van zowel de interne als externe communicatie over instituutszaken in afstemming met de facultaire afdeling Communicatie & Marketing;• Leiding geven aan de ondersteunende medewerkers van het instituut (circa 13 medewerkers) met betrekking tot onderwijsondersteuning, algemene bedrijfsvoering en facilitaire zaken.
