With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I have always been intrigued by the complexities of human behavior and how it affects the workplace. This curiosity led me to pursue a career in Human Resources, where I have gained valuable experience as a Generalist and currently as an Analyst at Daya Dimensi Indonesia, a leading HR consulting company.My role as a Generalist has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of various HR functions, such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. I have also had the opportunity to lead a team and manage projects, which has honed my leadership and project management skills.One of my strengths is my ability to communicate effectively with both team members and external parties. I believe that clear and open communication is crucial in building successful relationships and achieving business objectives.My passion for HR and management-related fields has only grown stronger throughout my career. I am particularly interested in recruitment, human resource development, and organizational development & culture. I am constantly seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills in these areas.
