Rose is passionate about designing and managing behavioral and (HR) technical change within organizations. She has experience in leading large international change projects focused on cultural and leadership change, ERP implementations, as well as helping people adopting new ways of working. Strategic HR is a field she thrives in. Helping people understanding and owning their change efforts not only at HR but at multiple levels in their organization is what drives her. > 10 years of experience in change and integration challenges in organizations from both a practical and scientific point of viewRose currently works in the Organization transformation area of Deloitte's Human Capital practice in the Netherlands and she has worked internationally for companies like Mediq, Philips, Shell, Ahold, Mercedes-Benz, Oce (Canon)and Akzo Nobel. She has publications in several books, strategic management journal and academy of management proceedings. Her PhD research at the VU University Amsterdam enabled her to persue her interest in the subject of managing complex knowledge in geographically dispersed settings, from an innovation point of view. The central issue of her PhD research is the integration of expert and process knowledge in distributed research and development, primarily in high-tech organizations. She conducted studies in companies as Shell, Philips, Océ, and Akzo Nobel. Rose has been a member of the Knowledge, Innovation, and Networks-Research group (KIN) at the VU University Amsterdam. She gave classes in knowledge management, knowledge and innovation networks and regularly still provides lectures at several universities.Rose has been a representative at large for OCIS (Organizational Communication and Information Systems), which is a department of the Academy of Management.
