An iconic Finnish company specializing in modern interior design for private and public premises. My procedures included marketing operations and strategical decisions, in addition to all operative day-to-day tasks.

The title Master of Laws trained on the bench is obtained by taking volunteer training on the bench at one of the sixty or so district courts in Finland. Managed matters such as real estate such as registrations of title and mortgages in the Land Ownership and Mortgages Register. Furthermore I processed and ruled on issues such as petitionary matters.

I worked in the domestic taxation group, allocated in a sub- group called Private Company Services with a special focus on family owned businesses. My tasks were mainly related to corporate transactions, which included issues relating restructuring and tax planning. My day-to-day tasks entailed consulting companies on tax issues, drawing up legal documents.
