As computational chemist, I model chemical reactions at nanometer scale by performing Density Functional Theory simulations. I perform electronic structure analyses to study the chemical bond formation and breakage. At larger scale, I model the reaction process with microkinetic simulations and chemical reactor models. In my thesis I focus on CO and CO2.
