Collaboration with client on design options and coordination with consultants to incorporate changes and maintain updated details and CAD backgrounds. Review of zoning issues such as frequent transit and window privacy. Production of permit drawings, including details, sections, and door/window schedules

. Responsible for using SketchUp to create and maintain many project 3D models. Use of a combination of programs, such as Photoshop, to generate visual renders for clients and proposals. Experience on large scale projects, including the use of AutoCAD to draft plans, elevations, and details. Learning and employing Revit for small scale projects and presentation images

. Take the lead in providing graphic materials for the Workable Cities event, including graphic design for poster, email invitation, and brochure

. Adaptation of Swerve’s modular design system into custom furniture stations. Schematic design drawings using AutoCAD to produce informative dimensioned drawings. Renders of furniture, used for marketing purposes and to give clients a concrete idea and feel for the design. Photograph completed furniture for installation drawings and sending out to clients

. Assist in the review of staff level Design Review projects and signage, which involves site visits and working with applicants for approvable designs. Agenda, staff report, and summary preparation for monthly Design Review meetings

. Equipment check out to professors and students. Set up and maintain equipment (projector, laptop, microphone, lighting) for lectures. Assist in the preparation and dismantling of exhibitions and receptions
