We believe that innovation is a result of connections and have therefore aligned ourselves with academic institutions, research hospitals and technology incubators, both domestic and abroad, to gain access to efficacious ingredients used in other industries and countries.Recruiting: • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc• Screen candidates resumes and job applications• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes• On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processADP Workforce Now:• Daily maintenance of HCM system: Updating employee information, adjusting time cards, entering new employees, benefits enrollments, etc.• Tracking attendance: Checking employee time cards to ensure appropriate schedule patternTraining and other administrative duties:• Implement Sexual Harassment Prevention Training to employees and managers• Instruct executives and managers on how to conduct a proper and safe interview• Revamp entire performance evaluation structure• Maintain company LinkedIn and Facebook page• Organize all HR department records and employee files• Complete all employee and payroll verifications
