New San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge Assisted safety supervisor of the construction in daily inspections; worked under direct supervision of the project’s Safety Officer in conjunctions with Caltrans safety staffs during its construction and performed the following:  Inspected personal equipment, stairways, ladders, guardrails, and connections for issues and deficiencies and followed up by mini-memos and letters for immediate corrections  Tested tools and equipment to identify any defections Checked temporary structures, formworks, falsework, and scaffoldings  Looked for broken equipment, defective tools, and other potential hazards, focusing on work safety on daily basis  Organized and conducted Safety meetings for the construction staffs prior to each shift as well as weekly basis  Prepared Construction Safety Reports per the Construction Special Provisions and Standards on daily basis which included photos as well as all the necessary corrective measures that were suggested and enforced for each finding and submitted them to the senior officers
