Rural Organization for Poverty Eradication Services (ROPES) is a registered non Governmental and not for Profit Organization. We are an organization working to Strengthen resilience of invisible children, women and their families in Andhra Pradesh and Tamilnadu, India.We are passionately committed to children, women and their families having the opportunity to become all that they intend. Invisible children and families are often those who are most in need and whose situation means they are least likely to benefit from developmental activities.Children and women risk becoming ‘invisible’ if their right to protection is unmet. For thousands of children and women in Andhra Pradesh and Tamilnadu, the main cause of their invisibility is violations of their right to protection. Families, often invisible to the out side world, should be the safest nurturing place; but sometimes are possibly the scariest place.We understand the nature of invisibility as it affects children, women and their families, that is the need to be seen and heard, what leads to their vulnerability and what our responses should be. This we do by providing them access to education, nutrition, medicare, micro finance, and life skill trainings.
