• Establishes and coordinates all radio communications.• Monitor and, where applicable, communicate with all working vessels and maritime authorities (e.g. coastguard) in the area.• Maintains the radio account, keeping the account for the telephone calls, facsimiles, and telexes transmitted.• Monitors communication during helicopter operations on the appropriate frequency to thelocation and as specified by the helicopter operating company.• Make Helicopter Seat Booking Request for personnel movement as per operational requirement.• Coordinate with shore base coordinator to plan and execute of crew movement and flight ticketing• Maintain logs and weather details.• Maintains an up-to-date POB report as personnel movements take place.• Prepares manifests for personnel movements by helicopter and/or boat.• Prepares and issues Timesheets for payroll.• Perform emergency response duties as specified station bill and by OIM.
