New outsourcing provider operations team. Definition of what processes to be outsourced, definition of new monthly payroll calendar, information flows, deliverables and transition process coordination.3. Vodafone. Act as spokesperson among Vodafone and new provider and guarantee that new processes to operate the payroll are properly defined and embraced by the organization.
