Process Development Engineering Department• Responsible for implementing new technologies, machines and products for Multi-Layer Steel lines (MLS - central seal component of the combustion engine), and for the process of coating, cutting and application of creases• Travelled to Germany with the purpose of training about new processes and techniques used in the factory to be implemented in the Brazilian unit• Provided inspection, quality control and manufacturing support to ensure the performance of the production line within the requirements and documentation, as well as worked with the press shop improvements• Coordinated process improvements, layout changes, lean manufacturing and tests in the shop floor• Estimated the processes’ investments in machines and tools to develop new products for clients including GM, Ford, Fiat, Renault, Toyota and Scania• Reduced by 40% the cost of tooling setup time of the stamping process and by 25% of the partial coating process• Provided inspection, quality control and manufacturing support to ensure the production line performance, requirements and documentation.• Coordinated Process Improvements, layout changes, Lean manufacturing, tests in the manufacturing, FMEA ( PFMEA ), Checklists, PPAPS, Poka Yokes and Try-outs.• Estimated the investments in processes and machines for new products for clients like GM, Ford, Fiat, Renault, Toyota and Scania.• Worked with the press shop for improvements and modifications.

Corporative Project Management Office (PMO)• Responsible for importation, inventory management, purchasing process mapping and optimization at PMO department (project management office). Also, major projects as aftermarket and customer relationship• Implemented new process mapping and optimization of distribution centers located in 3 different regions of an approximated area of 150.000m² • Enrolled in the processes of Top 10 corporative projects, with a total value of approximately CAD 76 million per year • Supporting the reduction of the logistics process times by around 15%, reorganizing the operation

Process and Development Engineering Department• Developed and implemented the Model year 2012, 2013 and Onix Project (new cockpits for GM)• Responsible for the development of the new cockpits in the manufacturing line, creating the standard technical documents for quality, safety and productivity for the machine suppliers (10 new processes)• Reduced by 35% the takt time of Onix’s cockpit production process • Implemented the laser weakening process in the cockpit (airbag region) as well as the electric whip and multimedia touchscreen radio assembly process• Implemented more than 400 improvements in 18 months responsible for the reduction in processes’ costs and lead time, as well as the improvement of quality and safe operation • Responsible for an improvement that reduced by 70% the defects due to breakage of glove compartment components and by 25% the production line stops due to processes failures• Assisted quality implementation with APQP, PPAP, FMEA ( PFMEA and DFMEA ) Tryouts, checklists and Poka Yokes.
