Drove and delivered IT solutions to support our hyper-growth commitments, highlighted initiative deliveries:• Implemented numerous automated solutions to improve Physician workflow, insuring our seniors receive the best care while accurately billing CMS for medical services rendered.• Developed and implemented an intricate plan to migrate all applications and servers running in our data center to the AWS Cloud. With aggressive timelines to shut down our datacenter, coordination with multiple IT teams was essential to complete the many migrations over weekends and weeknights to not disrupt employee access to all systems.• Managed the budgets and schedules including external vendor support to complete technology installations for 10 new medical centers on time and within budget. Project activities included defining and managing the deployment process to ensure a successful installation at each center.• Served as Scrum Master for one of our Clinical EMR Application Teams. Implemented Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies to facilitate on-time product delivery. Coached an Agile mindset by conducting burndown chart, team velocity analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Full responsibility to deliver IT Infrastructure solutions to the enterprise, which was comprised of 52 subsidiaries throughout the United States: • Formed a cross-functional team assigned with selecting a Colocation Data Center. Managed many schedule interdependencies as well as proactive risk identification and implementation of mitigation strategies. Reported on budgeted expenses, project status and critical path aspects of the project to the IT Leadership.• Standardized all subsidiary legacy networks to bring 450+ offices onto newly tiered Juniper enterprise network requirement. Project activities included establishing the deployment process to ensure a smooth installation at each site, managing project schedules that include coordinating equipment deliveries with resource allocations, traveling and deploying equipment at multiple sites. • Worked with our 52 subsidiaries to upgrade all company computer devices to Windows 7. Scheduled and coordinated activities with the internal Desktop Team and external vendors including inventory procurement, OS upgrade process in the field, training program development and Help Desk preparation.• Conducted discovery and executed a multi-tiered plan to migrate from our Exchange platform to Google. The plan included implementing an “early adopters” program and developing a communications strategy to aid in the transition to a new email platform. Developed and executed a training program for 9,000 employees and developed a troubleshooting process to address the many technical issues involved in this move.
