I serve as the first face patients see at the practice and I am on hand to help them with checking in booking appointments and helping file and send important and confidential documents. I also work with other health services such as hospitals and specialist clinics to relay information regarding patients to them.

This was a requirement through my tafe course in which I performed a variety of tasks ranging from; Organising customer profiles, handling payments, managing of stock and inventory as well as assisting in the office space to maintain the flow of the schools business sector. All while under the supervision of the school accountants.

This job was to sign potential customers up to join this sport, take calls, manage student records, help and learn from senior teachers with training students
