– Supported all Cooper Power Systems products including Energy Automation software (AMI & DA) and communications products, as well as traditional substation apparatus and controls (IEDs).– Managed $14M in business across 96 public power (cooperative and municipal) utility accounts in Georgia, growing sales by 33% over two years.– Presented on products and technical topics for customers and conferences. – Worked effectively within my large organization and across multiple business units to ensure customer satisfaction.

– One of three original employees in a start-up niche business unit, developing new current measurement technology.– Played a key role in product management from concept to development, implementation, and market introduction. – Managed and coordinated 80 independent, regionally-based manufacturer’s reps to meet divisional sales goals for new products in the T&D industry. – Oversaw development of a breakthrough technology in non-contact current measurement used in transmission substations that improves operational reliability in terms of relay protection and automation. – Worked extensively with Schweitzer (SEL) relays during production testing and field commissioning of current measurement products.– Gained significant field experience working hands-on in substations with relay engineers and linemen.– Developed a 3D magnetics modeling software program using MATLAB's object oriented programming tools.– Partnered with supply chain on strategic sourcing, forecasting sales, and managing inventory levels. – Managed manufacturing process for new product. – Originally brought on board as a contractor; performed mechanical/electrical design and testing for new product.
