I consider myself to be hard working, reliable and a calm head when put under pressure. To work in a customer service led role for as long as I have, if you didn't have those attributes, you wouldn't last long!I am well versed with stakeholder management as well as being the point of contact for customers, be they happy or disgruntled. The automotive industry is very competitive, so I am well versed at upselling and maximising profit via client experience when I need to. After all, it's a target driven environment.I am looking for my next challenge now as I feel my time within the automotive industry is jaded. I believe though, that I have a huge amount of transferable skills and would love a role where I can utilise them further.
