Reporting to the Group CEO & Chairman, I led the HR function across the Group. (Employee headcount ~1,200 across multiple regions and businesses, HR team size ~ 20)Key responsibilities included – • Developing HR strategy across the Groups’ business lines.• Leading the global organizational transformation.• Providing leadership to the global HR team.• As part of the Executive Committee, developing plans and policies to manage Leadership & Talent, Performance & Reward, Organisational Change & Key Recruitment.• Personally managing HR operations for the Commodities Trading & Investment Businesses.

• Worked directly for the Chief HR Officer to develop, guide and control HR strategy for the investment businesses covering over 850 employees across 10 locations in Asia, US and Europe.• Key responsibilities included roll out of plans for developing Leadership & Talent, Performance & Reward, Organisational Change & Recruitment.• Project managed new entity startups including the design of end-to-end HR operations and services. • Provided operational HR support for senior management and offices with no local support (Hong Kong, UK, Luxembourg, Dubai and US offices).

• HR Business Partner covering Global Wealth Management and Private Equity businesses for regional offices. • Following the merger with Bank of America and increased focus on the areas of Legal, Risk and Compliance, I moved to cover HR for these areas on a regional basis.• Developed people strategy and implemented associated re-structure for regional Risk department.

• An HR Generalist role supporting a number of businesses in the Global Banking division including Leveraged Finance & Financial Sponsors, High Yield Capital Markets, Loan Syndication & Trading, Private Equity. • Global responsibility for managing and coordinating the compensation review for Global Banking’s Infrastructure areas.• Smartsourcing HR Advisor for Global Banking division.
