I am a professional, safety oriented, dual rated pilot, and have been flying for the past 35 years, incident and accident free.After serving proudly in the United States Army as a helicopter pilot for 10 years, I transitioned to airplanes, attending Comair Aviation Academy. After earning my fixed wing ratings, and due to years of experience as an UH-60A Instructor Pilot, I taught students from private through CFI, mainly instructing CFI candidates during my three year tenure there.For the next 13 years, I flew for Comair Airlines, serving as a CL-65, CRJ-700/900 Captain for 10 of those years. I safely flew thousands of passengers throughout the United States and Canada. That association ended only when Comair went out of business in September of 2012.Since then, I have flown EMS helicopters, single pilot, mostly in an area outlined by Cincinnati, OH, and Lexington and Louisville, KY. I have safely flown hundreds of patients, both in hospital transfers, and from accidents scenes to receiving trauma hospitals. These flights have been conducted in a wide variety of weather conditions, including single pilot Night Vision Goggle and IFR flights. I flew for the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, through Metro Aviation, for seven years (EC-145/BK-117), and for Air Evac Lifeteam for the past two years (B206L4).I have decided to leave EMS flying to finish my career flying airplanes for either a Part 135 charter company,or a Part 121 airlines.I look forward to hearing from you.
