Current• Level 2 Support for Operations Team – Providing in depth troubleshooting and support for Diversified day 2 operations teams working at CIBC Square. Primary point of escalation for all issues regarding conference centre equipment. I have an in depth theoretical and operational understanding of all A/V and UC systems at CIBC Square.• Coordinating relationship between Install and Ops Teams – Responsible for the graceful handoff of installed equipment from install team to operations team. This involves the production of documentation on a wide variety of A/V and UC systems at CIBC Square, the organisation and execution of QAQC testing, and the training of operations personnel. This position requires extensive coordination between the various Diversified teams, CIBC teams and product vendors. Ultimately the goal is to ensure that install configurations match operational use cases, and that operations teams have the skills and tool necessary to quickly and effectively integrate installed equipment into day-to-day activities. • Commissioning and QC Testing on Installed Systems – Installation engineer focusing primarily on broadcast systems. Alongside my primary work with the Diversified Day 2 team. I have been working with the install team both on the commissioning of select A/V subsystems; primarily those involving live broadcast and studio production. Coordinating with IT teams to ensure proper network configuration within a high security environment.
