With over six years of work experience in football coaching, I am passionate about developing future stars at Wellington Phoenix Football Club, where I serve as the Head of Youth Development. I hold a UEFA A Coaching Badge and have completed Youth Modules 1-3 from The Football Association. I have also gained valuable international experience as the National Team Assistant Coach and the NZ u/23 Tokyo Olympic Coach, working with elite players and staff from different backgrounds and cultures. My core competencies include designing and implementing youth development programs, scouting and recruiting talented players, mentoring and motivating young athletes, and collaborating with senior coaches and management. My mission is to create a positive and inclusive environment that fosters the growth and potential of every player, and to contribute to the success and reputation of Wellington Phoenix and New Zealand football.
