As a caseworker I have focused my work on supporting people on their employment journeys.I regularly use active listening and coaching skills to motivate and encourage people to achieve their full potential.Outside of caseworking, I have focused internally on developing more efficient processes using Google Sheets and other tech tools.I have also spent time building external relationships with employers and with important collaborative organisations like national food banks.

As a member of Bulb’s Prepayment Operations team I was responsible for managing Bulb’s Debt Assignment Protocol (DAP) process. This is alongside other regular tasks and broader project work.

In my role within Bulb’s Internal Complaints team I was tasked with quickly resolving customer issues. As part of this team I’ve been responsible for continuous improvement of internal processes. I’ve also been a key escalation point for tough case questions, demonstrating my strong communication and attention to detail.

As part of Bulb’s Emergency Metering Team I dealt with customers who were without electricity or gas and in dangerous situations. Alongside my work handling cases I was the teams Operations lead for logging jobs.

As an Energy Specialist I was responsible for handling customer and stakeholder queries and resolving them quickly. During my time in this role I also took on extra responsibilities as a stand-in team leader which involved taking escalation calls and cases.
