Key Responsibilities• Review all customer enquiries and assess suitability for automated assembly and fit with ATS sortimat equipment and platform portfolio• Lead cross disciplinary teams preparing new project proposals and tender documents• Schedule and chair project steering committee meetings to manage project escalation matters, monitor project progress for key milestones and performance against key metrics• Negotiate supply agreements for equipment on single project basis and corporate master supply agreements covering multiple sites and projects

Key Responsibilities• Prepare project tender documents including price, specification and project time-line• Identify new customer opportunities and build long term relationships leading to repeat business• Line manager for design and project management department, responsible for team of 3 design/project engineers preparing mould tool concepts, details drawings, coordination of manufacturing process steps (milling, turning, heat treatment, solid sink & wire EDM, surface & cylindrical grinding, polishing & coating) and associated design documentation• Ensure accurate identification of customer needs and delivery of these to time and budget• Report to board of directors on monthly basis detailing major orders won in previous month, new business opportunities and key marketing activities for next 12 months

Key Responsibilities• Prepare project scope, budget and plans for product development programs• Coordinate supplier selection for key outsourced activities including – device design, mould tooling, automated assembly machine, moulding machines, metrology jigs and fixtures.• Manage suppliers and internal resources (cross functional team of engineers and technicians) to ensure equipment delivery to agreed timelines, budget and quality standards• Prepare validation protocols, reports, FMEA and supporting documentation for design history file• Manage change control to update project documentation in line with scope and schedule changes

Consultancy service to product designers, mould-makers, injection moulders and contract manufacturers to support entire product life cycle from initial product design and development, through mould design and validation, equipment specification, equipment commissioning and ongoing process improvement.

Key Responsibilities• Line manager for engineering and technical support department, responsible for 5 technicians and engineers providing technical and preventative maintenance support to internal process engineering and technical support to international service centres and customers• Management of all engineering projects including new product introductions and all plant capital expenditure
