Working with my past high school Athletic Director truly got me intrigued into becoming an Athletic Director for a major college. I learned many great skills from him such as budgeting and how to handle/distribute money to each sport and activity, scheduling for games and activities, and management of each sport and coach. I am very skilled in problem solving, numeracy, communication with others, I am highly team oriented, great leader, and know when to take the initiative. My degree in Accounting will greatly help my ability to be the best Athletic Director possible. With this it will help to understand the money side of sports and help with the budgeting of each and every program in the sport field.
