My role at InfoTrack focuses on collecting and reviewing property-related information from Local Authorities in order to compose Regulated Local Authority Searches (RLAS) for both residential and commercial properties. InfoTrack aims to revolutionise the conveyancing process in its guiding principle to reduce the amount of paperwork and lengthy lead times inherent to property transactions, and provide the gold standard in refined and accurate data to its clients.

This role centred on developing a warm and friendly rapport with customers whose furry friends attended the Doggy Daycare centre in Cobham. Day-to-day responsibilities included returning emails and calls on a variety of matters including pet transport, payments and special requests in a timely, professional and confidently reassuring manner. This involved very frequent liaison with other functions such as Enrolment, Carers and Transport to ensure clarity in communicating customers’ preferences and needs for their dogs. This was a temporary 3-month role completed as part of my gap year, prior to travelling.
