Recently achieved a BSc (Real Estate) - First Class Honours and working as a Trainee Valuer for Lanarkshire Valuations Joint Board dealing with commercial and residential valuations, the role requires an in depth understanding of Construction and property industries. for several years i was steel fixing for various builders across London it was here i gained a strong knowledge of basement construction, aswell as what constructing a building entails, subsequent to this I pursued plumbing as a career in 2015 it was during this spell where i gained a great understanding of the mechanical aspects of a commercial and domestic properties. I worked for several New Build developers on large residential projects in Central London.Whilst living in London I achieved my NVQ Level 2 in Steelfixing occupations & NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating to further my career and gain a better understanding of the skills I had developed on site. I achieved this by attending college in conjunction with working full-time within the profession'sSince I moved to Scotland on a permanent basis with my partner who is originally from the South Lanarkshire region i have been awarded my HNC in Construction Management, this was achieved over the course of 2 years by attending college, whilst working full time.My experience to date has led to me having a in depth understanding of the construction industry, Property Industry & on-site practices. I have an excellent work ethic gained from working in fast-paced, challenging environments.
