As the Regional CCSG Champion, my role is to drive company strategies within the CCSG (MSC) category sales across my designated region. I ensure our region remains focused on and achieves profitable growth in the CCSG category.As a subject matter expert, I offer extensive knowledge and expertise on the CCSG operating model. My responsibilities include teaching the CCSG sales process and supporting efforts to retain, add, and grow medium to large CCSG customers.I work closely with the field team and managers to expand both CCSG and MSC’s Vendor Managed Inventory offerings to our customers in the region. Additionally, I facilitate Field Sales-led Quarterly Customer Reviews with the top 20 CCSG customers within my region.Responsibilities: • Collaborate with sales teams to qualify CCSG solution opportunities on both the CCSG platform and MSC platform. • Work with the District Sales Managers and Senior Leadership to maintain a robust opportunity pipeline. • Support Business Development and Field Sales teams by identifying new opportunities. • Facilitate the collection of necessary information from customers and sales teams to create pricing levels, equipment needs, and implementation strategies. • Determine the appropriate response to opportunities after initial qualification. • Assist the Regional Leader in measuring and monitoring the performance of implemented solutions and service programs. • Aid the Field Sales team in creating and delivering impactful face-to-face sales presentations to existing customers, showcasing the latest products and services. • Teach how to offer unique perspectives, aligning our insights with key customer priorities and reframing how customers view their business.4 time Sid’s Club (President’s Club) winner.
