I was the General Manager who ran and oversaw George R. R. Martin's, Jean Cocteau Cinema as well as Beastly Books. I managed a great team of 10 employees. I executed daily duties (payroll, scheduling, banking, scheduled & met with maintenance/utilities, etc.) as well as held weekly meetings with my department heads to create exciting programming and events.

My responsibilities include designing floor plans and 3D renderings, ordering and arranging shipments for events, creating the decor and production timelines and overseeing the production crew on site. I also photographed the events and edited photos for social media/website purposes.

As front of house manager I also worked as a Barista/Server at the cafe. I was involved with the company from the beginning helping with renovations prior to opening. My duties involved picking up orders and assisted in cleaning and upkeep. Creating a relationship with our regular customers (learning their names, what they like to order, allergies, etc.).
