During my time at Ascent, I experienced the training industry at just about every level. The only thing I had no involvement with was the financial side of it. I had previously worked at Gallmac Pty Ltd as a Trainer, and followed the owner of that business into the RTO world. I developed training resources, trained clients/students in a variety of skills.

Created a company called Switch Gas and laid the foundations for the business. Wasn't my passion, so I stepped away. The story is a bit personal, and as such I'd prefer further discussion in person.

This was one of the most fast-paced, enjoyable roles I've had. It's also the role I've felt I made the most impact. Maybe someday I'll be that clichè psychology major bartender dishing out advice, towards the later years.
