Working as a salesman, listening, communication and follow up to making sure the customer makes the right purchase for his or her wants or needs.

Worked in sales, keeping customer relations open, follow up and problem solving to choose the perfect vehicle for the customer. Worked my way up to floor manager, managing a team of salesmen to teach ways of follow up and utilizing the crm for consistency. Also ran the social media accounts for advertising.

Worked my way from the bottom up. Started out as a welding, cleaning grunt doing odds and ends. Learned machining working on manual lathes, mills, drill press, metal worker holding tolerances and reading blue prints and designing parts. Welding, plasma, air arc, brazing and cutting torches and mechanic and became shop Foreman running a 9 man crew, rebuilding mining, construction hydraulic components. Other responsibilities consisted of managing materials, running and organizing jobs, keeping relations with customers, running computer systems and maintaining the server along with operating heavy equipment, fork lifts, cranes and other machinery to get the job finished.
