Evaluation and treatment of patients with acute minor medical illness, minor acute exacerbations of chronic illness, and minor injuries. Performing minor office procedures such as laceration repairs, splints, cyst or toenail excision, abscess incision and drainage, etc. Evaluation and providing appropriate stabilization for patients with acute serious medical conditions or injuries and facilitating transfer as appropriate to an emergency facility or hospital. Ordering and interpretation of laboratory, radiology, EKG and basic pulmonary function tests. Providing appropriate care plan, referrals, and follow-ups as needed.

Oversees medical care and readiness of CST personnel, advise on treatment of WMD and all hazardous casualties, coordinate civilian and military air and ground evacuation assets, coordinate and integrate medical support at the site or at health care facilities, medical intelligence, technical reference.

Responsible for the welfare and training of NCOs and junior enlisted personnel, and the mentorship of medical officers; ensures adherence to safety procedures during medical training and clinical operations; supervises and provides medical treatment of ill and injured Soldiers at point of illness/injury and during evacuation to medical treatment facilities; ensures the operational readiness, accountability and maintenance of all medical equipment.

Work in close consultation with attending urologists, see pre-operative patients, take in-depth patient histories, conduct physical exams, order laboratory tests and data, formulate differential diagnoses, develop plans of care, perform and assist in surgical procedures, prescribe medications, and educate patients about treatment options for urological disorders.

Assess, plan and provide care of patients under the supervision of the physician. Duties include patient examinations, comprehensive physical exams, and compiling patient data (health history, patient assessments and plan of care). Ordering and interpreting appropriate patient labs and radiological imaging. Administering and monitoring of appropriate therapies, medications and procedures. Referring patients to appropriate specialists as needed.

Assists the Club Manager and/or Fitness Manager ensuring that the club delivers a high quality fitness experience to all members; responsible for communicating and upholding company standards and leading by example for delivering the 24 Hour Fitness Service Promise; manage a clean, friendly and well maintained club; ensure that team members consistently execute the basics in punctuality, dress code compliance, friendliness and cleanliness; trains and develops a strong team of Personal Trainers; responsible for the successful attainment of department targets, including revenue and member retention; is the point of reference for fitness expertise within the club.

Responding to emergency and non-emergency calls; administering basic and restricted advanced life support to patients; assessing the nature and extent of injury or illness to establish and prioritize medical procedures.
