Responsible for conducting outreach for an internationally recognized non-governmental organization, and various other duties that include:● Coordinating and planning events, roundtables, panels, and livestreamed & televised speaking events with bipartisan Members of Congress, scholars, and leading policy experts in the human rights field.● Creating and managing social media, digital content, statements, and other public facing materials.● Authoring, editing, and assisting with various research projects and reports, including to the UN Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Opinion and Expression (SRFOE) on challenges confronting Hong Kong journalists-in-exile.

I. Assist the Development Director in managing staff and consultantstowards overall fundraising goals and strategy.II. Develop, lead, and implement a strategic fundraising plan for theorganization to meet goals for election cycle programming, as well as toensure sustainable revenue streams for “off” years.III. Project manage all fundraising work including grant reports and proposals,ongoing stewardship of major donors, donor communications, andprospecting new donors.

I. Prepared foreign policy briefs, speeches, questions and other items.II. Generated proposals for legislation and writing speeches to introduce new legislation to the Senate, working closely with the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.III. Tracked and supported legislative agenda, and assisted with event planning.
