I aid in creating a one-of-a-kind coffee roasting and tasting experience. Not only do I educate customers, generate their curiosity, and overall represent the brand, but I also provide outreach to the community by leading demonstrations for events and local businesses to have our name known as an exception, high-quality coffee roaster.

I was brought on as an experienced barista and coffee expert to implement and perfect the company's workflow. Furthermore, as they began to develop their whiskey lounges, I helped with marketing and providing base knowledge to generate customer interest and sales.

I mediated and created tasks for a team of writers spanning the country to produce detailed yet effective movie reviews that reflected the company's values. I initiated my own custom remote system to ensure that projects were completed and returned to producers on time. I consistently saw that our company's website had refreshed images and sources for our articles. I was also provided the opportunity to write my own written reviews under the same scrutiny, dedication, and timelines.

I managed and dispersed stories to a crew of carefully selected writers to cover highlight events of all social spectacles which characterize our school, George Fox University. The stories were created, combined, edited, and published for the yearbook in April 2017. I gathered frequently with my creative team to discuss ideas and allot stories to cover. I also encourage the writing department to produce their work in a way that is unique and meaningful to them. I further extracted their skillsets to ensure their individual voice was best being utilized for the project.

I provided peer counseling for career or educational advice to students at George Fox University. I edited resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles, and guided students to optimize and highlight their best skills and experiences postured towards the professional workplace. The tasks assigned allowed me to work independently, but in a one-on-one setting with students so that their individual needs were heard and met. I also accepted side projects for team members in the office to establish workflow and to ensure a harmonious work environment.

I cataloged historical documents and photos pertaining to regional Quaker history in organized documents and spreadsheets. I took special care to capture and upload these items online so that they are accessible to researchers and curious students alike.

I gathered and recorded stories from the students and faculty of the University by conducting intricate interviews and writing drafts on a strict weekly deadline. I then independently edited and refined my piece until it met the standards of news structure, and I used the experience to further myself as a writing team leader to teach others in another experience.

I produced articles for a food and culture blog. I wrote about food appreciation, related news, and convincing "how-to" steps to encourage a social media community of amateur chefs and food enthusiasts. I helped manage their social media traffic, approving connections and suggesting and implementing ways to better attract positive attention to the work.
