Working for Sharps Event Group I've had the chance to work around the UK and abroad installing different types of graphics, building truss gantries, Timber frames and much more at different events including Hackney half marathon, Epsom Derby, Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and the various venues it used before during and after the games. • Running the technical side to large events up to but not limited to 1000+ Customers and their families • Setting up and disassembling a local network/WIFI for a purpose built system to transfer customers pictures from photographic equipment on track to the media rigs and TV's so that customer could view and purchase their photos on the day. • Working with Racelogic VBOX video/telemetry equipment which includes camera position, sound, speed, G-force, track position and location to record customers supercar drives so they could purchase them on the day.• Extensive use of Canon DSLR, Dell Computer equipment, Windows and MAC OS and Racelogic VBOX equipment.• Troubleshooting various problems with technical equipment that I was using and resolving the issue using logic and experience too quickly to limit disruption to the event day.• Looking at a logistics plan for events and organising what equipment need to go where, what time and making sure it arrives safe and ready to use.Event Set up team• Setting up and de-rigging the Pit-lane, event equipment, generators/power cables, awnings and marquees etc off of the side of the race lorries, also setting up power, and local networks for the successful transfer of photos to the media rigs for staff and customers making sure the event runs smoothly for all Supercar Loading Team• Loading and unloading of high value supercars onto 12 car transporters and securing them for transportation across the country and back to HQ to be unloaded and reloaded for the next event. Demonstration Lap Instructor• Taking customers for 1/2 laps around a track and explaining the track, apexes, lines, what different cones, flags and signs mean around the track so they understand track etiquette and rules. Whilst providing excellent customer service, making sure the customer is happy and ready to go into the supercars.

Hospitality Event Staff• Serving customers and finding their photos from their drives from 1 car and more. Also checking the in-car filming videos and making sure they have worked and recorded correctly to SD cards whilst also making sure camera position, sound, speed, G-force, track position and location to record customers supercar drives so they could purchase them on the day or if they have pre-purchased photos or videos. Social Media Management• Creation of Marketing, social media and product specific content to attract customers and potential customers to Everyman Racing.• Taking proffesional quality pictures to post on all platforms of social media as well as to increase following, brand awareness and exposure.• Creation of Video and Photo content along with videos including music.
