  • Developed the Reinspection program including guidelines, worked with the analytics team to create a reinspection targeting tool to evaluate high value reinspection targets which led to the recovery of multi millions in.
  • Significantly improved indemnity control by building a straight through processing claim resolution function, significantly reducing cycle time to 24 hours.
