I am a digital marketing/branding Strategist and have worked for major and minor companies. My company Visual Click Studio has helped launch and relaunched multiple businesses from Pharmaceutical Companies in Europe to CBD brands in Africa and even an International Investment Fund.I have been an Entrepreneur since 2013 when I prematurely left Electronic Engineering at Stellenbosch University to pursue a career in Business Turnaround. Since then I have worked with over 50 businesses and individuals as a shareholder or turnaround consultant. In more recent years I have gone on to co-found a digital marketing/ branding company called Visual Click Studio based in Cape Town, South Africa.Visual Click Studio has grown quickly and efficiently developing a client base predominantly in the USA, Europe and Canada, where we help medium called businesses developed their brand and market share. I have guided its growth along with my business partner Nic with a very fluid approach. This was something I learnt to do years ago in Turnarounds. I suppose that is what sets me apart from most other marketing strategists. Since I have been involved directly in so many businesses and seen them at their worst and best I have a unique insight into what a business owner or board of directors needs from their marketing/brand positioning.People often ask me why I fell in love with digital marketing, the answer is simple. It is a forever changing battlefield. It requires constant learning and revaluation of one's strategy. As I have always been a chess player and, more recently, the Japanese game of GO, I have enjoyed strategic thinking and out thinking my opposition since I was a boy. Digital Marketing is a field where so many pieces have to interlink in order for the puzzle to work and I love working out which pieces go where. This also has the added advantage of helping people's businesses grow and develop which is something I feel benefits the greater world significantly.Outside the business world, I do regular Charity work helping young South Africans learn the skills of business. On a personal side, I have a keen interest in wine tasting and am a Master Scuba Diver. I was previously involved in one of the top 100 Competitive Clans for World of Tanks Console where I serve as chief strategist. In the past such a position would be laughable to put on LinkedIn however in the modern world gaming is one of the largest and most profitable industries in the world and often leads many other industries in innovative methods of selling, marketing and branding.
