This role involved processing service leavers, inbound and outbound postings, overseas deployments, maternity and paternity leave and liaising with stakeholders across site.This tour included a 6 month detachment to the Falklands, as well as deploying to the Salisbury Poisonings in 2018.

Providing HR administrative support to ~140 Military Air Traffic Controllers at NATS Swanwick. This involved, but was not limited to, development of newcomers to the area through completion of their Trade Ability Tests (TATs), managing motor transport (MT), providing travel and accommodation for overseas visits and conferences, welfare of staff, and processing leavers and overseas deployments.

Phase 1 at RAF Halton (Aylesbury) and Phase 2 (Trade Training) at DCLPA Worthy Down (Winchester)
