Managing commercial implementation process for Digicel Jamaica’s 4G WiMAX project; ensuring successful and on-time completion of Sales and Distribution, Marketing, Training, Process Development and WiMAX device portfolio, IOT and vendor communication. In addition, maintaining compliance with all scope and cost specifications and senior management feedback.

Analyzed and improved organizational processes and established new procedures resulting in increased productivity and more efficient resource utilization. • Reviewed and implemented processes for Loyalty, Corporate Wimax and the entire suite of Consumer Wimax processes.• This was possible through effective utilization of DMAIC standards and proper time management.

Analyze existing processes in both Dutch Caribbean and OECS. Also ensuring smooth process flow and efficiency. • November 2007 Assisted in the co-ordination of the first regional QA workshop in Miami Florida. November -December 2007 Aided in the creation and implementation of the new QA scorecard across Digicel Caribbean.
