I was given supervisory rolls at the age of 15 and haven't looked for an excuse for become anything less since.. I'm almost always given the lead for any project so running a business or several businesses is my comfort zone now.I've lived a couple of lifetimes in the construction industry with multi-generations of family in the business. There is what seems like a sixth sense or genetic disposition at times allowing for optimum solutions to a building assembly.Politics affects all industries and changes the laws that influence business so I studied politics in college. It helps me to see the trends that people will take and allows me stay ahead of the curve.I also love languages and speak a few roughly having spent some time with Latin, German, French and Spanish. English of course is my most familiar language. Don't expect me to hold a great conversation in any language, but I will attempt and often accomplish communicating and giving directions in other languages.
