Appointed within 2 weeks into a new quality determined project team we are succeeding in identifying the strengths and trends of the market while creating a free network of information that will boost sales support on as many levels as possible in the dissemination of the various databases into one compilation for regular reporting.

Global hotline administrative supporter for all of Danfoss Drives products for our District Sales companies especialy our new products such as MicroDrive FC051.This is 3rd level customer support for repairs, problem solving, innovation and development.This possition also includes first introductory and advanced training sessions for our Sales companies.

Primary tasks are to control customer orders through an OS system called AS400, where new and reserved orders are to be printed out, disseminated for export times and their priority. The Orders are sent via a computerised transport system, where I control their various designations for the products to be picked and sent further to be packed to our customers.The system had many challenges of which was mostly up to myself to solve. When the orders are packed it is then my task to have all export papers, dangerous goods documentation, Payment on delivery and special post written or printed out and thus organised for the various logistic services available, Secondary tasks were to help with packing and diverse tasks in the warehouse.

I studied IT & Electronics which included the following courses: Management studies, Business English, Programming Digital State Machines CPLD, FPGA, Microcontrollers, HTML, Embedded webservers, C++, Assembly language, RF communication, Analysis and design of feedback systems.

Primary tasks were Prototype oriented projects, such as machining/ spark working and assembly of injection moulds with the help of Pro engineer CAD/CAM systems.Secondary tasks were to repair damaged forms or other specialist work tools.

As appointed later on as evening shifts team-leader, I was there to help and train new employees with their CNC machines and production runs, as well as running my own machine and making frequent quality control checks to ensure that our work tools are delivering the best quality to our customers.
