Current-Establish and maintain strong relationships with 100+ clients by serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, support needs, and issue resolution within an hour turnaround time-Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product development to advocate for client needs, and ensure alignment between client expectations and company objectives-Develop and execute individualized success strategies for clients, aligning company solutions with client goals to proactively address issues to ensure satisfaction and retention-Guide clients through the onboarding process and provide ongoing training and support to optimize product use
