My responsibilities at Clydesdale Bank's Broker Mortgage Fulfilment department ranged from processing newly submitted applications onto our systems and producing the legally binding offer documents and solicitor instruction letters for applications that have been approved by my reporting case manager.My consistently high performance in both speed and the quality of my work meant I was promoted to the escalations team within nine months. Whenever a case would not progress or was in danger of missing the exchange deadline set by a vendor, it would then become my responsibility to see the case through to completion, and ensure minimal impact to the customer.
