Helped to complete a major project within the company to migrate all merchants from a legacy platform to a modern and robust platform. Duties included:• Responsible for the analysis, testing and monitoring of merchants and live transactions during migration• Use of internal applications to help troubleshoot issues and provide solutions • Dealing with both developers and merchants in assisting them with migration or potential issues• Analysing major issues that may occur and provide a solution• Assisting developers with coding issues in order to ensure migration went smoothly• Held weekly stakeholders meetings and reported to the wider organisation on the progress of the migration.• Successfully completed internal technical exams.
