I have been asked by the Group to lead our recruitment business across the UK and Europe region which is spread across 5 offices Bristol, Manchester, London , Amsterdam and Barcelona. Working across Opus RS our technology recruitment business and JDRoss which operates solely in the renewable staffing sector filling both interim and permanent vacancies. We have over 150 sales staff across these offices, each consultant vertically specialised within the two sectors ( Technology and Renewables ) that are growing exponentially across both the UK and the EU. My role is centred on growing our footprint across Europe while continuing to increase our market share in the Uk.

I am honoured to have been asked to take on a new role within the Opus Talent Solutions group to drive growth in revenue and EBITDA across both our recruitment brands JDRoss Energy and Opus Recruitment Solutions across Europe from two hubs London and Amsterdam. This position includes P and L responsibility across 4 profit centres and circa 70 sales staff made up of 3 permanent teams and 3 contract divisions servicing the European technology and energy markets.
