After being recruited to serve as the Manager of Communications and Community Outreach programs, I earned a promotion to the executive leadership team and my role grew to include leading all summer camp programs for this childcare provider serving 3,600 students annually across 35 locations. In this role, I lead the internal communications strategy to engage hundreds of employees across all locations and drive corporate social responsibility/outreach efforts with community groups, schools, and government. I also spearhead crisis communications and direct all external communication across all digital and traditional channels (web, social media, PR/media, speech writing, newsletters, and advertising). To lead summer camp operations, I oversee an 11-person leadership team and 300+ summer staff across all 35 locations. I also manage more than 80 program surveys per year to drive continuous program improvement.
