- Handling admissions and intake calls for mental health and substance abuse treatment- Managing live-chat system for instant internet response to a website query - Assessment of all callers regarding their viability to enter treatment to chemical dependency and/or psyche primary facility- Conducting pre-assessment, pre-certifications, screening for suicidal ideations/attempts, and health history screening- Being versed in the realm of private/commercial insurance; understanding and effectively communicating VOB returns- Invoicing and collection of treatment fees, copays, etc.- Building and maintaining extensive referral list of state, national, and private treatment centers, providers, hospitals, and treatment alternatives.- Maintaining a record of all calls and conducting call-backs when needed- Being “on call” for calls coming outside of scheduled work hours

Responsibilities included: staffing, product development, customer service, payroll, packaging, continual café training, obtaining Food Handler’s: Restaurant Manager Certificate, development of relationships with local vendors, inventory, and oversight.
