I currently am responsible for creating Solidworks part files to be programmed for CNC machining. I then create detailed drawings to utilize as references for customers and while machining said parts. I am also head of customer service, quoting, and inserting purchase orders. I print and assist in organizing all travelers for scheduling.

Throughout this internship I designed possible upcoming products to add to existing product lines. I utilized the full design process to create new ideas for future faucets, etc. I also periodically assisted the design team with custom orders within the Design Studio portion of the company.

Rochester Hills, Michigan

Throughout this internship I learned how to operate a 3D White Light Scanner and ATOS and utilized them to scan countless parts into the computer for reverse engineering. I also assisted in creating 3D CAD models for an upcoming product. Along with helping 3D print prototype models.

Gilford, Nh

My responsibilities during this internship included having to create patterns to use to cut out the aluminum with that was used within the interior of the car. I also would cut the aluminum to shape and create the finish for it giving it a unique industrial look. Finally, I helped assemble the parts created and fasten them into place within the car. Other miscellaneous projects have been completed throughout this time as well.
