I have retired as a partner with Lux Nova Partners with effect from 31st October 2020 in order to transition to a new career as a consultant and Non-Executive Director primarily in the clean and sustainable energy sector.I am a consultant advisor with a successful and proven track record in renewables and sustainable energy over the past 30 years. An experienced lawyer specialised in advising, brokering and developing and executing strategic partnerships and projects globally. I am now transitioning to consulting and advising organisations and boards on strategy, governance, and business development across all technologies in the renewables and clean energy sector. An accomplished board member, I am experienced in advising Non-Executive Directors and boards on business-critical governance and strategy. I am now seeking new NED opportunities and consultancy roles.I have taken up a position as a Non-Executive Director of Zero Carbon Farms Limited.I have recently taken up the position of Head of Renewables at Prospect Law, a multi disciplinary partnership made up of lawyers, economists, technical, regulatory and insurance specialists which has been a leader in renewables since 2010.I have recently co-founded with David Sheldon a renewables development company Homeecoearner.com which is focussing on providing a solution for domestic property owners and also social housing entities which combats the "eat of heat" dilemma facing many households in the UK. We will provide renewable energy solutions for property occupiers which will enable them to receive free electricity and in the future an income from the renewable energy assets which will be installed within their properties- this is a really exciting venture.
